Digital Temperature Control
Select temperature conditions for full control over your drying installation. Provides live feedback on Air In and Air Off temperatures; with a maximum air temperature limit setting.
PTC Self-Regulating Technology
DBK's electrically insulated PTC heating technology automatically adjusts heater power to suit the environment. If airflow stops or a blockage occurs, the unit reduces heater power to protect itself.
Graphical Display
Live heater power display shows how many heater banks are running. Energy usage and temperature differentials are displayed graphically over a 7-day period.
Energy & Runtime Metering
Built-in hours run and kWh meters track energy consumption across jobs. Machine life data and factory diagnostics are also accessible directly on the unit.
Electronic Airflow Detection
Automatically detects loss of air movement and adjusts heater power accordingly. Compatible with any air mover; the unit self-regulates based on the volume of airflow provided.
Current Limiter
Built-in current limiter allows the unit to operate in situations where reduced power is available on site; keeping the job running without tripping circuits.
Flexible Adaptor System
Connects to Drymatic Mat Systems, 4-Port adaptor, 12-Port adaptor, or 90° adaptor to channel heated airflow into kitchen cabinetry, cavity walls, subfloors, ceiling voids, and more.
Lightweight & Stackable
At 17 lbs with a rotomolded housing, the Boost Bar is easy to transport. Maximum amp draw of 11.6A on a single plug; stackable for efficient vehicle loading.
Easy to Service
Remove four retaining screws and the unit splits into two sections for straightforward cleaning and maintenance.
