The FLIR TG298 is a one-of-a-kind industrial diagnostic tool that combines accurate temperature measurement with the ability to image up to 1080°C (1976°F). FLIR patented MSX® (Multi-Spectral Dynamic Imaging) enhancement improves image clarity by embossing visual scene detail onto full thermal images, while Super Resolution upscales images from 160 × 120 to 320 × 240 for superior detail. Ideal for high-temperature industrial work - measuring the heat of glass furnaces, kilns, and forges, along with a wide range of manufacturing applications - the TG298 lets you accurately target potential faults, troubleshoot repairs, and monitor processes. The FLIR METERLiNK® app enables remote monitoring of measurements and seamless documentation of inspection data, making it simple to produce comprehensive reports right in the field.
